Discussion about 61 West 86th Street in Upper West Side

Background info about building: - Super does not live in building and is rarely available and not very helpful - Generally quiet building. However, one tenant enjoys playing house music through the night (starting at around 11pm-midnight) - Old building so expect a few bugs, especially silverfish (no mice or cockroaches as far as I know) - Not all windows have guard rails, even the ones that look out directly onto a fire escape (my advice: get them installed before signing the lease/moving in)
