Discussion about 115 West 119th Street in South Harlem
the first one on 08/2010, the second one on 11/2011. the property is listed (as exclusive) for a funny amount of $1.7M even though according to ACRIS, the owner shouldn't have more than $800k on debt. my question is, in general, how many tax liens does it take for a seller to be in real distress?
