Discussion about Downtown by Philippe Starck at 15 Broad Street in Financial District
Hi all. My wife and I saw several apts and love the building and its amenities. We're a little troubled though by the large number of apts. being offered for sale. Also, the news story about a pending lawsuit and a power struggle between Sponsor board seats vs. Owner's board seats. Any comment at all about the building is welcome. Is gym, courts, rec room packed on weekends? Is building financially sound? What's it like living here? Any thoughts at all...
