What do people think about the price of the penthouse here? I've gone to see it twice, and the interiors seem ok, not mindblowing. The front terrace off the living area is amazing, as is the private terrace off the master. However, the roof terrace doesnt really seem usable, and there are no real views. Some would argue being across the street from the Bed Bath and Beyond loading dock is not for them, however, the building is gorgeous, the infrastructure (elevator, lobby) is very nice, low monthlies, with 2000sf interior space seems like a rare find in this area. I am thinking that this place is worth 3.5-3.6. Any thoughts?
