38NINE at 502 Ninth Avenue in Clinton Does anyone know anything about this building? Of the recent Clinton developments, their layouts and pricing seem relatively decent--although I don't like the fact that they don't have a doorman. Is this a neighborhood where it is safe not to have a doorman? The sales office's website appears to have been down, which may be a bad sign... Any feedback would be much appreciated!
