Discussion about 200 Claremont Avenue in Morningside Heights

The Super in this building is great! He keeps this building very clean and they also keep your incoming packages so you don't have to fetch it from the post office. If his son is still around, you can pay him to watch your pets while you're away. The neighbors are very friendly and you can actually chit-chat with them when you see them in the elevator or hallway. This is typically not the case with other buildings in Manhattan.
