Dont die waiting in ER. Best ER hospitals in NYC?

There was an article on CNN about crowded ER's. http://www.cnn.com/2011/HEALTH/01/13/emergency.room.ep/index.html Just curious, any one have any experience the best/worse ER's to go to in NYC? If you could choose, which one? For example, the new york downtown hospital behind J&R in my opinion is one of the worst. Chock full of illegal immigrants and the worst service.
