Avoid. Over priced tiny condos. Sellers think they have a gold mine here, not negotiable. Great if your a bachelor or bachelorette, but other than that there is no room to grow. Remember you'll be spending over $20k alone on closing costs because the seller is making you pay transfer taxes which run above $6k. Unless you plan on being single or kidless for the next 10 years, the price at Edge 31 is financially wrong. It will take at least 5 years of a strong real estate market to break even. Remember, rent at a place like this is $1,800, is that enough to cover your mortgage if you need a bigger place and can't sell?
