Solarium - Sustainable pricing?

Discussion about Solarium at 5-43 48th Avenue in Hunters Point
Can anyone give some insight as to negotiations at the Solarium and approximately what price psf apartments are closing at? I saw the building and overall liked what I saw. Good layouts, nice building. The low common charge is a big draw but curious if the purchase price of an apartment in an "environmental" building is priced at too much of a premium.
