Warehouse 11: No warranty?

Discussion about Warehouse 11 at 214 North 11th Street in Williamsburg
I'm in the process of buying a unit here and in the offering plan they specify that there's no warranty. Is this normal? I've been told that this is a normal case for bigger buildings.
