Opposite questiong from everyone else

So, this is a serious question. I'm trying to sell my condo, only a few years old, quite nice condition in a great building in Manhattan Valley. Frankly, I want the broker who is going to be the most aggressive. I mean, not someone who will bullshit ME to get the listing as I have good ideas on things now, but someone who will do more than the fair amount of bullshitting to the buyer including stretching as much as possible. Obviously a higher price benefits a broker but I'm willing to put in a kicker above the amount I think the regular market is but in return I want to know that the broker is pulling all the strings knowing that the broker works for me and not the buyer. Any ideas on names or otherwise are strongly welcome definitely.
