Astor Condominiums

Anyone view this building? Or have thoughts about this neighborhood? I viewed this building and Arista 35. As far as quality, I thought there were both well done, with Astor being a bit more spacious in their layouts. The downside is that Astor is across from the EL. I couldn't hear the rumbling train, but I can see how that would be an issue when it comes time to resale. I also haven't quite bought into Astoria being the next hotspot. To me, Astoria is like Jackson Heights with some decent lounges scattered around so I can't see how the pricing is justified.
