Discussion about Gramercy House at 235 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park
I'm considering an apartment in this building and want to do my homework. Does anyone know this building well? Is it run well? I hear there's a new super. Any major capital projects on the horizon? Has anyone researched the effects of the 2nd ave subway on the location, neighborhood pros and cons, bed bugs? (REALLY regret reading the new NY Mag article on problem in the city!)...general feedback would be most appreciated.
