Building at 200 East 87th Street

Street Easy is a great site, but for some reason there are very few comments about buildings/neighborhoods on here. So I live in this building right now, and I have no complaints. Street Easy is a great site, but for some reason there are very few comments about buildings/neighborhoods on here. So I live in this building right now, and I have no complaints. It's right near the 86th street stop and only a few blocks from the bars/restaurants on 2nd ave. The rooms themselves are big, everything works, and the light is great with the huge windows. The east-facing side especially has phenomenal views of the city. There's laundry (about 6 units of each washers and dryers) and a big enough gym with two treadmills, two elliptical machines, 3 or 4 bikes, a nautilus machine, and some free weights. The staff is nice and friendly, and while I've been there for about 3 years, there hasn't been much turnover in the personnel - which is a good sign. Again, if you're thinking of moving here, I can't think of any negatives. [less]
