Soho Mews - lower or upper floors?

Discussion about Soho Mews at 311 West Broadway in Soho
Hi everyone, I am an international resident interested in buying an apartment in Soho Mews as an investment but I am not sure whether I should buy an apartment on the lower floors or an apartment on the upper floors. In general, is it easier to sell an apartment on a higher floor than one on a lower floor? (i.e. Do New Yorkers prefer to live on higher floors?)
