Visited this building this weekend for an open house. I was wondering if anyone had any opinions.
Initial Thoughts:
It's very unfortunate that its a walk up. The front entryway is nice, but the exterior of the building definitely needs some work. 2 bedroom apartments are nice, but I think too much of the sq. footage is madeup of hallways and the "office" immediately in the entryway of the apartments. The 2nd smaller bedroom could barely handle a bed.
