Hampton Court

This building is pretty nice. The shuttle to and from 96th/86th and lex from 7 am to 12 midnight is sweet. If you are looking in this area already I woudl consider it, there are a few 2 and even 3 dbs with 2 baths for rent for under $3k (one ground floor was only $2200.) Its rent-stablized and new-ish, 2004, with a doorman. Very glenwood-y and marblish. Lots of kids. I ALMOST took a place there, but could not give up in-unit W/D. Also, I think its weird that they have a big courtyard that is planted with flowers only and off limits to people. Anyway I told the leasing office I would say nice things so I did. I think we are taking another harlem place that is totally brand new.
