I live on the next block and walk past this place all the time. It seems like they finished all the exterior construction over a month ago and then just mothballed the building. I haven't seen any workers on site for a while. They even hired security to park in front 24/7. What happened here? Did everyone get out of their contracts? Is the developer in default or coming up with plan B?
