Does anyone know what the real deal is with 135 W14th? The developer seams kind of wacky. The apts have been on the market > 18 months and it apperas that only one out of I think 10 has sold. There have been many deals that have backed out. He's now asking around $1250 sq and has had many deals fall through. I think that at most it's worth $700 - 800 sq.
