Earlier thread was deleted by SE. Questions: 1) why is the maint. so high in this building? 2) why was it built as a coop as opposed to a condo 3) why did SE delete the earlier thread 4) is this building a lendlease situation 5) will the coop board president answer questions regarding the drummers, the price, etc.
