Discussion about The Opera at 2166 Broadway in Upper West Side
Does anyone know why these apartments seem to be so inexpensive relative to the area, and still not selling. 3 2br/2bas sitting on the market - $850k-$1.05m. I know Harrison is going up next door, but is that enough to explain it?
