Hi everyone. Can anyone who recently lived here (or still does) please provide any update on this building? Pros, Cons, Safety, Noise, any cockroaches/ants/pest, any upcoming large repairs, quality of life there, pool, management, any issues with people there? Any specific floorplan/line to avoid and why? I am searching for a smaller condo in NYC that I could rent first (and later maybe live in) - is this good for such an investment? Is this quiet at night? Any updates are greatly appreciated!
