How's the quality of the apartment units?

I was wondering if anyone knew about the quality of the building, like the appliances, if the walls are thin, that sort of thing. I find that many of these "fast luxury" buildings tend to just look beautiful but are often cheaply made and I wanted to make sure that this was not one of those buildings. Thanks in advance!
