Building is actively infested with rats. Management has been unable to get rid of them, and now is beginning to ignore maintenance requests to help with damage or smell. Don't just take my word for it, ask to check out the basement level and smell the decomposing rats for yourself. Despite assurances that the building has been sealed, more rats are entering and the problem is getting worse.
