Advice from people who live in similar buildings My building just adopted strict dog rules. If the dog pees on the sidewalk. There's a fine. If it's reported to have bit a person or dog it must be evicted. Dog walkers can't enter or leave with dog through main entrance. Couple of concerns. Is the sidewalk even a common element. Other people from neighborhood with dogs can pee and not get fined. Also concerned that if dogs are kept in close quarters waiting for an elevator an incident could happen Thoughts for those that have first hand experience?
