Ethics complaint

Used StreetEasy to find an apartment, paid my security deposit to the broker, and signed the security deposit agreement which stated that the deposit would be forwarded to the landlord when the lease was signed. Fast forward to move-out and the landlord won't send me my deposit back. I am suing the landlord in small claims and the broker won't send me any records to help my case. Can I pursue any action against the broker? File ethics complaints? File DOS complaints? - The broker never forwarded my security deposit to the landlord as stated in the security deposit agreement - The broker never sent me a copy of the lease signed by both myself and the landlord (or them) - The lease I signed also lists a different LLC name than the legal one for the landlord/building
