After recieving the counter signed lease, and initiating money transfer, owners decided not to go ahead because we were discussing if some cleaning can be done to the house. Without even informing us that they don't want to do the work and we would take it the way it is, they decided to not go ahead and stopped picking up, and asked the agent to inform us that they are cancelling.
