beware

Hi all :) I lived on the ground floor. The building is in bad shape with pipes freezing, mold in hallways, and rats in between front and rear. Landlord won't give his number and only calls from a restricted number so you can't call back. Rats in outside area between front and rear of the building are common. Building smells horrible when it hot and is only cleaned once or twice per year. Moved back with my roommate after who is a lawyer and she said the lease was the least tenant friendly she had ever seen. Hard to move in NYC right now but avoid at all costs if you can!
