Discussion about Casa Dumbo at 68 Gold Street in Vinegar Hill

I live in the neighborhood and saw this building go up. I just had to stop in my tracks when I saw the prices... are they kidding?? Dumbo is expensive but this building looks so average. Can someone explain this to me??
