Terrible dictatorship like board and management

Do NOT but in this building . The management company is sloppy and lazy not to mention disrespectful and offensive . The Board of directors are little dictators . Each one 18 years in the board ! Arrogant bunch of people that invite children and interview them While throwing sarcastic remarks in front of them . The board does not say when they plan to meet . They don’t tell you that t u have 30 days to make a decision - rather they meet whenever they want - in our case they met us almost 45 days after we submitted the package. They never followed up after the interview And had us drying up another 30 days then said they didn’t like the purchase price , which we adjusted , then they ignored all communication again While the interest rates expired and escalated to new heights !! They NEVER got back to us . It wasn’t before the attorneys reached out to the coop attorney to find out that we “should have read between the lines” that they didn’t like the numbers !! Stay away from these bunch ! I am happy they are not me Neighbors !!! The seller lost 6 months of in contract process And will probably need to lose money now with t he new market we lost an interest rate but we’re saved from living hell !!! [less]
