This apartment is the worst apartment I've ever rented. I've dealt with pests before, but the amount of roaches, rats (dead and alive), and overall trash that I've seen through this building is utterly disgusting. If that's not bad enough, the management company is awful. Google MGH Management LLC and see the reviews for yourself. On top of that, the neighbors are loud, dirty, and have been known to stealing packages. I promise no amount of money is worth this garbage building.
