Careful about building

Discussion about Regency Towers at 245 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill
Be careful before signing a lease in the building. They have been doing Local Law 11 work for an extended period of time (feels like more than a year) and at night they don't tie ropes and cables down so they bang against the side of the building if there is any wind. It is very loud and building is incredibly slow to do anything about it.
