Extremely small overpriced units. Landlord is delusional and continuing to raise rent and relist apartments that have been available for months. He doesnt not care about keeping current tenants happy at all. They offer current tenants way higher rates than what is listed on the market. People continue to move out because the units are extremely small and not worth the money. The location is great and the rooftop is okay, but that is about it. Units are 30% more expensive than what they should be.
