From reading other Yelp reviews, i'd say my one site visit yesterday was about par for the course. Over five days none of my emails answered, and three phone messages left at the front desk went unanswered. I was finally confidentially advised to call the Fort Greene property, where there is also no one answering, so I tried their text system, which inundated me with bot messages. I finally scheduled my own visit online. It took half an hour for the very nice young lady from the front desk to find a key that worked. This meant 4-5 trips in the one working elevator: the 2nd has apparently been out of service for some time with no completion date in site. (Several people in the elevator commented on this.) Almost no one in the building wore a mask, and there is a ubiquitous aroma of marijuana throughout the building.
In trying to follow up today, I still couldn't get through to anyone live except at a central office somewhere in the midwest, where the rep had no idea of or information on any properties in NY. Still no one answering at either BB or Fort Greene properties.
