The doormen at 166 2nd Ave are amazing, but everyone else associated with the building are unreasonable and treat tenets terribly. They are boarder line slum lords. The water pressure in almost all units are terrible and they take weeks to repair anything that is broken. The super will tell you you are wrong multiple times before agreeing to fix basic things like a window or kitchen sink. I went 2 weeks with a sink that did not work. BLDG has been unresponsive in simple tasks like scheduling a move out and made last minute demands for me to move my moving date days before it was scheduled. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
