4% Increase when 40 million are out of the job!

Management just sent a renewal contract for an increase of 4% from the previous year. I will erform a renter strike, pay nothing (they cannot evict me) and leave when the contract expires... And if Columbia students do not come back in the fall these guys are in real trouble... I have never seen such a stupid decision from a landlord.
