I live in this building. Earlier this summer the elevator was "closed for repairs" for two weeks. OK, fine i can live with that. After it was "repaired" now the elevator in breaks down 2-3 times/week. I find it halfway between floors, stuck in the basement, and sometimes it lets you out on 2nd floor when you press 1st. Do not rent from here unless you are OK with this hassle and owners giving zero ****'s about it. Have a wonderful day
