It took months for out apartment to be livable. In fact, they just put heaters in (this is our 5th month). We called, e mailed, wrote letters to get this done. Still, there is no heat downstairs, no shower doors. When we moved in, the A/C was broken (it was 100 degrees) and they still haven't fixed it. There is no hot water between 6:30PM and 9PM so forget about taking a shower before going out. It's been a nightmare because things just aren't fixed. I can't understand how a newly renovated apartment can have this many problems and the landlord JUST DOESN'T RESPOND.
