We lived in this building for five years. The pictures in all of these listings are misleading. Only the 6th floor (top floor) apartments have stairs that lead up to private terraces for each apartment. We know because we lived on the 6th floor. Also, the outdoor space you see here is not for the apartment that is listed, but rather a shared space for all apartments. Any apartment starting with the #2-5 will not have stairs. Any apartment starting with the #3-5 will not have private terraces. Only floors 2 and 6 have private terraces for each apartment.
