The MYNT

The current owner/management (M & I Management) is untrustworthy. They did not return our security deposit after almost one year, even after completing a walk through in our presence and signing a form from our attorney promising to return our security deposit because of the condition of the unit. They lied to us saying we never paid it when we moved in. We received a judgment against them in small claims court and they still have not paid. We now have just granted the local Sheriff to collect our money. Living in this building is not worth the hassle of an untrustworthy management company.
