details on the recorded sales? A bunch of apartments say offer accepted contracts out sold in 2016, 20176 then are relisted etc. I went to the open house this past weekend the agent said they're accepting offers on recent listings that say contract accepted. The apartments were estate condition with holes in the ceilings but the listing says units are approved for financing everything seems odd
