Discussion about 408 Eighth Avenue in Midtown South
Nice apartments; building is safe but understaffed, with 3 doormen who also clean. No super, but management agent is responsive. Building and front are kept clean, but location is quite busy and front gets busy and dirty. Laundry room is small, but open 24 hours.
