Just moved into this building about a month ago. Had read all the reviews right after I had signed the lease, so I had plenty of jitters moving in. Happy to say, things went smoothly, and I enjoy the building. The bad? Well, the elevators are not great. one of them has broken down at least 3 times since I moved in. I figured I'd bring that up cause i saw it discussed here and i have to agree with whoever posted that. Also, i was under the impression that the roof was open to the tenants, but i was chased off by the staff about a week after I moved in. So that was disappointing. The good? The building manager was super helpful and attentive. Him and the handyman fixed up a few things for me that I had noticed after I moved in, with no delay. The rest of the staff are also very cheery and super helpful with anything I need. They made sure my move in went smoothly and with no bumps. Plus like I said they are all super friendly, which I'm glad for because this is my first time living in NY and well, I've heard rumors. Anyway so far, so good!
