Discussion about 44-27 Purves at 44-27 Purves Street in Hunters Point
Just saw a studio there posted for 380,000 464 sq feet- 313- maint- 19 in taxes I think this is way over priced. What do you guys think? Given the area still has some time before it develops .. any ideas? suggestions
