Discussion about Horizon at 415 East 37th Street in Murray Hill
It seems that 6 units went on sale in last month, is that right? What is going on with this building? I looked into The Horizon last year, and there was almost nothing on sale. I get the impression that they have some financial issues. Did anything happen that caused these units to go on sale all at once? Is it still worth buying there?
