Discussion about The Link at 310 West 52nd Street in Hell's Kitchen

Our B line unit flooded multiple times and the building manager laughed in our face, he did not care and showed no sense of urgency. Apparently the builders uses the wrong cement to secure the HVACs - so this will ALWAYS be an issue. Most of the staff are miserable and hate the building as well. Probably because they have to deal with unhappy residents who constantly deal with floods. There are other design flaws. The windows are thin and there is a police department and fire station within a 2 block radius so you will not sleep at night. The elevators are often broken. The combined washer/dryer units do not sufficiently clean clothes. The shower stalls were poorly designed and therefore water pools and causes mold. During the holidays tourists are bused in to the theater district so you will be living among hordes of tourists. I would never recommend this building. Do other residents have these issues? [less]
