I was a tenant in this bldg for less than 6 months. Between the bed bug infestation and the noise I moved out! I threatened management with legal action because they wouldn't let me out of my lease. However they were not upfront about the bed bug problems as well as the noise. There is no insulation between apartments in this bldg, therefore it's like living with roommates! I could hear people sneezing, coughing, singing/playing guitar, having sex, etc. AWFUL. Renter beware!
