building at 350 East 77th Street

Any recent thoughts on this building (past discussions not too helpful)? Sponsor seems to be selling off a lot of its apartments, not sure if that's bad. The "two bedrooms" are actually one bedrooms with kitchens converted to a second bedroom. Building is a bit shabby itself: there's an old tv in the middle of the lobby and the so called "part time doorman" is actually just a night time security guard and you have to pay for that perk on top of your maintenance. But location is great and people seem to be willing to overlook all this based on the sales and asking prices. Would love to hear of any experiences or thoughts on this one.
