I was curious to see why some new sales happened at the building at a low price per sqf. They are building a tall building in the empty parking lot next to the building, so it will block the views and all the sun exposure to the east of the building. That is why a lot of sellers are rushing to sell their units here. Don't fool for it! The value of these units will significantly decrease when construction starts.
