If a staff member who lives in the building ie super is required to check on an issue sporadically during a weekend ie every 4 hours - how do you account for overtime ie if they have to check 4 times during a 16 hour window - would they get 16 hours of OT or just the actual amount of work that was done ie checking, etc during the 4 visits?
